About the role

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the architect on the design, coding, testing, and debugging of back-end systems.
- Develop solutions using TypeScript, Java, Python, Node.js or Go.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications, with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Contribute to software architecture design, including microservices, APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ensure the application of coding best practices, design patterns (SOLID, DDD) and agile methodologies.
- Identify and resolve technical and performance issues in complex environments, prioritizing stability and observability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with back-end development in at least one of the mentioned stacks.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience or familiarity with AWS CDK and infrastructure as code.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with a genuine desire to grow technically and help the team develop.
