About the role
- Assistant Digital Learning Manager supporting training design and development at Bel Group. Collaborating on e-learning projects and managing the learning platform with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design of digital learning and promotion of the training offering
- Co-design and develop internal training and communication materials
- Manage and track e‑learning projects with external providers through to deployment
- Monitor the quality of content delivered by third‑party providers
- Coordinate and facilitate targeted internal training sessions
- Administration and development of the Group’s learning platform (LMS)
- Set up, update, and integrate e‑learning content
- Deliver remote training on platform use to local key users
- Lead and coordinate the design and rollout of flagship training programs
Requirements
- Master's-level student (M2)
- Studying for a degree in Human Resources, Training, Digital Learning, or a related field
- Curious and proactive
- Interest in data and technology
- Communication skills in French and English (minimum B2 level)
