Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR, Data, Mathematics, or Business/Management school (or equivalent)
- Strong interest in project management and organizational skills
- Solid data skills: descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis, constructing indicators, manipulating datasets, data visualization
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and solid programming foundations (R, Python, VBA, etc.)
- Passionate about HR topics: future of work, employee experience, quality of work life, corporate culture, CSR, and organizational performance
- Comfortable in client-facing relationships and proposing relevant, innovative solutions
- Curious, autonomous, versatile, and adaptable in an evolving environment
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
