About the role

Responsibilities
- Design immersive brand environments and experiential activations for luxury clients
- Lead the creative process from concept development through execution
- Produce floor plans, renderings, technical documentation, and design presentations
- Present concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate closely with production, account, and strategy teams to ensure design feasibility and execution
- Participate in site visits, installs, and walkthroughs to maintain design integrity
- Maintain organised design files and documentation across projects
- Stay informed on emerging trends in experiential design, luxury retail environments, and spatial storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in experiential, environmental, or spatial design
- 2+ years in a senior design role leading creative development
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale experiential projects ($1M+)
- A strong portfolio showcasing work for luxury, premium, or high-end lifestyle brands
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino and V-Ray (required)
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, both visually and verbally
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and evolving project needs
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development, moodboards, and visualisation workflows
