Draft legal opinions and analyze procedures and policies.
Ensure committee work proceeds on schedule.

Requirements
Hold a law degree and be a lawyer or notary registered with the Order.
Knowledge of professional/regulatory law (an asset).
Knowledge of real estate brokerage, professional legislation, and governance and ethics rules (an asset).
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
