Responsibilities
Intensive 12-month trainee program with targeted training and workshops (e.g., AL programming, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, project methodologies, etc.)
Software development (ERP) projects based on our comprehensive solution unitop
Development of custom software solutions based on clients' target processes
Development of extensions for our clients based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and VS Code
Support during software implementation, including testing phases and go-live
Consulting support for our clients — e.g., in workshops, training sessions, or collaborative solution-finding.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a STEM field, or a comparable qualification — career changers welcome
Strong interest in Microsoft technologies and enthusiasm for working with new technical tools
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, SQL, C/AL, AL, etc.) and interest in serverless computing, PowerApps, and tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Visual Studio Code
Team-oriented personality who also demonstrates personal responsibility and initiative
Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1), and good English skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
