About the role

Responsibilities
- Intensive 12-month trainee program with targeted training and workshops (e.g., AL programming, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, project methodologies, etc.)
- Software development (ERP) projects based on our comprehensive solution unitop
- Development of custom software solutions based on clients' target processes
- Development of extensions for our clients based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and VS Code
- Support during software implementation, including testing phases and go-live
- Consulting support for our clients — e.g., in workshops, training sessions, or collaborative solution-finding.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a STEM field, or a comparable qualification — career changers welcome
- Strong interest in Microsoft technologies and enthusiasm for working with new technical tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, SQL, C/AL, AL, etc.) and interest in serverless computing, PowerApps, and tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Visual Studio Code
- Team-oriented personality who also demonstrates personal responsibility and initiative
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1), and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
