Requirements
- Strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and transformation topics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps
- Excellent academic background (Master's, MBA, or PhD)
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Solid knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes in logistics or adjacent industries
- Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
