Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for performance channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), including static images, short videos, carousels, variations for A/B testing, and formats optimized for each platform.
- Create social media content aligned with brand positioning and visual identity.
- Adapt key visuals (KV), campaigns, and assets to different sizes and contexts, ensuring consistency and speed of production.
- Collaborate with media and planning teams to translate strategies into visually effective assets focused on conversion and engagement.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and visual concepts.
- Participate in internal and external presentations, supporting the team with clear communication when explaining creative decisions.
- Keep files and folders organized, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Mid-level Designer (agency, studio, or in-house).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and creative tools for social/performance.
- Ability to produce quick layouts, multiple variations, and assets optimized for testing.
- Understanding of best practices for digital ads and platform behavior.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities.
- Communicative and collaborative profile, essential for interacting with clients and explaining creative proposals.
- Organized, strong time-management skills, and attention to detail.
