Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification with a focus on software development
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally across multiple teams/projects (C#)
- Deep understanding of modern software architectures and design principles
- Strong practical implementation skills and hands-on coding proficiency
- Experience in technical leadership without direct personnel responsibility (e.g., Senior/Lead Developer)
- Confident with build, CI/CD, and deployment processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
- High quality orientation, structured work approach, and strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge
- Very good German and English skills
