Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design value-adding solutions.
Act as the technical authority throughout the entire sales and implementation cycle.
Provide direct insights to our R&D team to help shape product development and the future roadmap.
Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify knowledge gaps and lead initiatives to improve our internal skill sets.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and the SaaS tech ecosystem.
Occasionally travel to meet with our customers and partners in person.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS.
A solid understanding of software, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Experience with major platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Ability to translate technical features into customer value, ROI, and strategic solutions.
Proven ability to drive co-selling, technical enablement, and implementation alongside product and sales teams.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.
