Responsibilities
Independent planning, coordination and project management of construction and renovation measures in the field of technical building services (TGA), specializing in electrical engineering, energy and building services
Planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision as well as coordination of service providers
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Monitoring time, cost and quality parameters during construction measures
Controlling construction execution up to handover and managing any subsequent defect tracking
Requirements
State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Building Services)
Professional experience in planning, engineering and management of construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
Advantageous: prior experience with tendering and awarding construction contracts
Proficient user of standard software such as MS Office
Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
Experience with SAP
Minimum C1 level German
