Responsibilities
Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in building services/technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary)
Planning and site management for renovations and extensions during ongoing hospital operations
Coordination of service providers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Monitoring the time, cost and quality parameters of construction measures
Controlling construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in building services/plant engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Sanitary)
Professional experience in planning, designing and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
Professional experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
Proficient in common software such as MS Office
Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g. ORCA)
Experience with SAP
German language skills at least at C1 level
