- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts

- Support the full AP cycle, including:

- Coding and routing for approval
- Posting vendor payments
- Performing AP-related reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate AP records
- Prepare audit documentation and respond to external auditor requests
- Complete ad hoc accounting tasks and analysis as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 0–3 years of accounting or finance experience, including co op or internship experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset (e.g., NetSuite, Airbase)
