About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, and to internal and external audits;
- Maintain and enhance the internal controls of the compliance team at the fund administrator of Grupo Genial;
- Monitor regulations from BACEN, CVM, B3 and ANBIMA;
- Conduct background checks and Know Your Client (KYC) analyses;
- Assist in the Due Diligence process for service providers;
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing corporate policies and manuals.
Requirements
- Completed degree or currently studying in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields;
- Interest in Compliance within the financial market, with a focus on investment funds;
- Advanced MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel;
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or other process optimization and automation tools (desired).
