Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems
- Build product definition and leverage technical skills to drive towards the right solution
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Lead in design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization
- Define, create, and support reusable application components/patterns
- Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React or Flutter)
- Apply Human–AI–Experience (HAX) guidelines to build intuitive, human-centered AI features
- Mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience (object-oriented design plus experience with modern front-end frameworks)
- 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
- 2+ years of experience with React, Flutter, or Typescript
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- Strong programming experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Flutter
- Proven understanding of microservices-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
- Familiarity with Human–AI eXperience (HAX) guidelines
- Understanding of context engineering concepts and how to use AI agents effectively in day to day development
- Strong understanding of monitoring concepts and tooling
- Strong understanding of security principles and secure coding practices
- Experience with containers, orchestration, and distributed systems
