About the role

- Plan and oversee the engineering activities for customer projects
- Provide technical leadership and act as the interface to order management, partners, customers, GE Product Engineering, procurement and engineering subcontractors

- Define input data for project execution and coordinate technical partners
- Identify and correct deviations from the plan
- Implement design modifications as part of complaint/issue management
- Analyze customer requirements
- Monitor and control the engineering schedule and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (industrial engineering or equivalent also acceptable)
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey/EPC projects
- Experience in the planning/design of electrical high-voltage systems
- Business fluent German and English
- Team management experience
- Understanding of project execution processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
