About the role
- Nuclear Operations Leader managing operations processes for Advanced Reactors at GE Vernova. Leading strategic initiatives and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through efficiency and standardization.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for strategic operations management within the Advanced Reactor organization
- Develop and implement operations processes and systems to ensure efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
- Partner with HR to refresh organizational design and philosophy
- Develop metrics along with KPIs for SQDCT priorities of the organization
- Partner with IT to map required datasets
- Assist teams in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing daily management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Significant experience in operations with proven track record of results using Lean methodologies
- Proven track record of operational leadership and process improvement
- If contracted in Italy: EU work permit and fluency in English and/or Italian
