About the role
- Architect of internal automation for AI and Low-Code-Automation at Galvanek Bau. Building workflows with N8N and developing business-critical apps using Vibe Coding for efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Vibe Coding / AI App Development: Du nutzt AI-gestützte Entwicklungsumgebungen (Vibe Code), um Business-Critical Apps zu erstellen.
- Du schreibst keinen Spaghetti-Code, du promptest und strukturierst funktionierende Lösungen.
- AI Agents Training: Du konfigurierst und optimierst AI Agents, die uns im operativen Geschäft unterstützen (z. B. für LinkedIn-Outreach oder Datenanreicherung).
- Process Engineering: Du identifizierst Flaschenhälse in unseren Abläufen und schlägst technische Lösungen vor ("Das kann eine KI schneller").
Requirements

- Tech-Affinität: Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit N8N (oder Zapier/Make) gesammelt und verstehst, wie APIs und Webhooks funktionieren.
- AI Native: Du weißt, was Vibe Coding ist (oder brennst darauf, es zu meistern) und nutzt ChatGPT/Claude nicht nur für Hausarbeiten, sondern um Code zu generieren.
- Logisches Denken: Du kannst Prozesse in "Wenn-Dann"-Logiken zerlegen.
- Mindset: Du bist ein "Creator", kein "Cleaner". Du willst neue Dinge erschaffen, statt alten Code zu flicken.
- Studium: Eingeschriebener Student (Fachrichtung zweitrangig – BWL mit Tech-Fokus ist genauso willkommen wie Informatik).
