About the role

  • Commercial employee in damage and risk management at Auto Fleet Control. Involved in claims processing, internal projects, and customer communication in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
  • Handle claims intake by phone and support customers, partners and repair shops
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment transactions
  • Assess damages and liability, decide on claim settlements, and coordinate with insurers
  • Manage repair-shop and insurance handling, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections and repair authorisations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Initial experience in a complex service or industrial environment
  • Interest in claims processes and numbers, and a strong IT affinity
  • Completed commercial training or a business-related degree
