About the role
- APAC Transformation Manager coordinating innovation and transformation initiatives across APAC countries. Supporting adoption of solutions and alignment with Group Transformation priorities in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the APAC portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives in line with Group strategy and priorities
- Drive delivery of regional transformation projects, including governance, prioritization, and progress tracking
- Support adoption of group-wide tools, systems, and solutions across APAC, including change communication and engagement activities
- Collaborate with country leadership teams and Group Transformation to ensure consistent implementation and alignment
- Guide APAC countries through change management processes and promote innovation practices across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, transformation, or related roles
- Experience in coding or developing new solutions is an advantage
- Strong understanding of innovation and transformation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Scrum
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
