About the role

• Engineer responsible for developing and integrating applications for Forterro's clients. Collaborating with small teams and ensuring timely delivery of remote services in ERP Clipper.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Clipper service team, you will be responsible for delivering billable services for Forterro clients.
• The majority of interventions take place remotely, via videoconference, or independently while respecting deadlines and the client's specifications.
• You will work within a small team where autonomy, communication, and information sharing are essential.
• After an onboarding period within the Clipper service team, you will perform various technical and functional services for our clients.
• Your role will cover the following areas:
• Training Clipper ERP users remotely, via videoconference, and consistently producing session reports.
• Implementing customizations in WinDev: print layouts, windows, exports, imports, macros, and user code.
• Migrating existing customizations during updates or version changes.
• Writing specifications (functional and technical) in collaboration with clients and their partners to define requirements.
• Resolving client support tickets, ensuring thorough follow-up and appropriate responses.

Requirements

• You have strong WinDev programming skills and are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in Power BI would be a plus.
• You have prior experience working with an ERP and at least two years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of commercial management and billing, and, if possible, some exposure to the industrial sector.
• You can work autonomously while being fully aware of the importance of teamwork.
• You are comfortable in both French and English, orally and in writing.
