Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
Must not be opted out of Medicare
Benefits
Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
Competitive Salaries:
Full-time: $72,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)
Part-time clinicians see between 10-24 clients per week (minimum 12 hours per week of availability required) - hourly rate of 50 USD (part-time)
