Junior Finance Analyst supporting accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision-making at Ford in Szentendre, Hungary.
Responsibilities
Work on monthly close activities (prepare and book journal entries for reserves and accruals), prepare account reconciliations.
Develop controlling related schedules and analysis (Actuals, Forecasts, Budget, etc.).
Control and prepare schedules relating to monthly reporting of vehicle sales volume, expenses, and revenues.
Analyse vehicle sales volumes, expenses, and revenue account actuals to explain variances versus budget and forecast.
Assist in annual budget, business, and operating plans preparation.
Check and implement pricing proposals (dealer pricelists, invoicing system, dealer claims), support invoice correction actions.
Prepare program approval papers along with the Fleet, Sales and Marketing teams.
Provide general Financial support to other departments (both regular and ad hoc).
Requirements
You have a University / College degree and 1+ years' work experience in Finance
You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
You are confident in using MS Excel
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
