- Collaborate with and support Bid Managers in the end-to-end coordination of multiple, simultaneous RFP responses
- Uphold the quality and clarity of all proposal documents through meticulous proofreading
- Help create and maintain project outlines and track the progress of assignments
- Actively participate in proposal kickoff meetings
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Transform boilerplate content and raw input from SMEs into clear, persuasive proposal narratives
- Build a foundational knowledge of Five9’s product suite and service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., English, Communications, Business, Technical Writing)
