Responsibilities
Develop and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap to reflect evolving market trends and customer expectations.
Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure alignment of product strategy with enterprise-wide goals and LOB-specific priorities, fostering collaboration across departments to execute strategic initiatives.
Own the product-level Profit & Loss (P&L), including pricing strategies, revenue targets, and cost management.
Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue growth, margin performance, and cost-to-serve to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Track and analyze product performance indicators including adoption rates, customer retention, and market share.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for product growth, customer engagement, and process optimization.
Collaborate with analytics teams to build and maintain dynamic KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision making.
Ensure all products adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
Partner with digital and platform teams to digitize and modernize product offerings, enhancing customer accessibility and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field of study.
A minimum of five (5) years of product management experience specific to Consumer Bank Checking Accounts.
Master of Business Administration would be a plus.
