Responsibilities
Buildout FieldAI’s visual brand system, ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
Design and produce enterprise sales materials, marketing collateral, campaign assets, event graphics, social, and website visuals.
Support global sales teams with presentation materials, industry-specific assets, and executive-level communications.
Collaborate on launch campaigns, trade shows, and major industry events to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Create and maintain corporate templates for executive presentations, internal communications, and cross-functional documentation.
Develop materials supporting talent brand and recruiting efforts, including hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Design customer onboarding, training, and support materials that clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of visual polish, accuracy, and production readiness.
Manage creative workflow and production operations using Asana, including intake, prioritization, timeline coordination, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet established brand standards and business requirements before release.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
6–10+ years of professional design experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, robotics, AI, or enterprise-focused companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, marketing design, and production execution across digital and print.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated experience developing scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
Experience designing enterprise sales materials and executive-level presentations.
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communication.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders.
