IT Project Manager overseeing planning and execution of strategic technology projects at FCamara. Ensuring alignment with company objectives and managing project lifecycle within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and monitor strategic IT projects, working closely and collaboratively with business areas and technical teams.
Lead the full implementation process for new units, from requirements analysis through to production go-live.
Evaluate, prioritize and execute operational requests and projects, including:
Operational improvements
System enhancements
Platform integrations
Process automation
Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with corporate needs and the organization’s strategic objectives.
Work on IT projects focused on financial systems, process automation, and legal and regulatory adjustments, including initiatives related to tax reform.
Ensure projects are executed within schedule, scope, budget, and compliance requirements.
Promote clear communication, risk management, and appropriate governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or equivalent (including in areas not directly related to IT).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of experience acting as a project manager or business manager.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall).
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2, or similar).
MBA or specialization in Projects, Management, or related areas.
