About the role
- Project Manager overseeing project management from order to delivery in the Boats & Composites division. Engaging in customer acquisition and sales strategies in an innovative family business.
Responsibilities
- Project management and coordination from order placement through delivery, domestically and internationally
- Project planning and quotation/cost calculation for new contracts
- Cost and quality optimization in close cooperation with R&D and our production sites at home and abroad
- Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored product solutions
- Acquisition of new customers and sustainable management of the existing client base
- Development, planning, and implementation of sales strategies in cooperation with divisional management
- Feasibility analysis, capacity planning, and preparation of technical documentation
- Conducting quality audits with customers; supporting the quality department (QM/QS)
- Handling and processing of customer complaints
- Participation in trade fairs and conferences
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of project experience and experience in customer support/management
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-initiative, assertiveness, and ability to work under pressure
