Responsibilities
Gerenciar uma carteira estratégica de clientes, atuando como ponto focal consultivo e garantindo evolução contínua da parceria.
Conduzir análises profundas de performance, interpretando indicadores e antecipando riscos de churn para implementar ações corretivas.
Liderar reuniões estratégicas com clientes, direcionando boas práticas, oportunidades de melhoria e alinhamentos de roadmap.
Identificar e estruturar oportunidades de upsell, cross-sell e expansão, conectando necessidades do cliente às soluções da empresa.
Realizar venda consultiva de espaços e subsídios (Mídia Kit), apresentando valor e orientando decisões com base em dados.
Colaborar com áreas internas para solucionar demandas críticas, influenciar melhorias de processos e contribuir para aprimoramento de playbooks e jornada do cliente.
Requirements
Experiência prévia em Customer Success, Pós-Venda ou Atendimento B2B
Vivência com CRM e rotinas de acompanhamento de clientes
Conhecimento básico de e-commerce, marketplace ou SaaS
Experiência com indicadores de negócio
Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e dados
Diferenciais: Experiência com retenção e expansão de contas, Atuação em startups ou empresas de tecnologia, Vivência com onboarding e automação de processos, Capacidade de leitura de métricas e relatórios.
