About the role

• AI Creator Coach working directly with students to ensure their success through accountability and guidance. Building trust-based relationships to enhance student outcomes and promote services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching calls with students, holding them accountable and driving momentum toward real results
• Break down next steps with total clarity so students leave every session knowing exactly what to do
• Proactively identify struggling students and intervene before drop-off occurs - results don't happen by accident
• Communicate daily via Discord with emotional intelligence, precision, and excellent grammar, following up with slower or less responsive students
• Track student progress across your full roster, flagging concerns to leadership with clear context and recommended next steps
• Facilitate testimonial and case study collection from students achieving results or showing satisfaction
• Introduce backend products and extensions naturally through coaching relationships built on trust and proven outcomes

Requirements

• Native English speaker based in EST timezone (US or Canada strongly preferred)
• Exceptional written communicator - grammatically precise, clearly structured, and professional at all times
• High emotional intelligence - you can read where a student is at, adapt your tone, de-escalate difficult situations, and handle tough conversations with care and confidence
• Obsessed with student outcomes - genuinely driven by seeing the people you coach get real, tangible results, not just here for a wage
• Fast learner who picks up new tools, content, and industry changes quickly and applies them immediately
• Strong initiative - you anticipate what students need before they ask and manage a full roster without micromanagement
