Responsibilities
Partner with photography studios, editing teams, and Ops management to collect and share assets and due dates.
Coordinate and manage the creative calendar, working with management on establishing set lists.
Develop and maintain reporting systems to track performance, project progress, analyze data.
Design and share engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate operational updates.
Oversee the setup and tracking of assets for seasonal editing projects.
Represent your Department Manager as his/her proxy when they are away.
Requirements
Proven experience in coordination, preferably within a creative or photography environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Clear and comprehensive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
Ability to work with a team and react quickly to change.
Experience in DAM tools and tracking assets.
Familiarity with project tracking tools. Airtable is a plus.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
