Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the cloud and application architecture roadmap across the organization
- Make high-level architectural decisions affecting multiple teams and products
- Lead the transition to microservices, event-driven, and SaaS architectures
- Set architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices
- Review and validate designs for critical systems and integrations
- Act as a technical authority and escalation point for complex challenges
- Advise senior stakeholders on technology strategy and trade-offs
- Support strategic customer engagements and architecture discussions
- Mentor and grow senior engineers and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system design
- 5+ years in senior architecture or technical leadership roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Solid programming background (Java, JavaScript, and/or PL/SQL preferred)
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns, integration patterns, and system trade-offs
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments
- Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions balancing technical excellence, delivery, and business impact
- Availability to travel
