About the role

Cloud Engineer working with Azure DevOps and digital transformation in a global team at EY. Collaborating on cloud engineering projects and supporting CI/CD pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Work with senior engineers and project leads to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
Support the setup and basic administration of Azure DevOps projects.
Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications hosted on premises or in Azure.
Help configure CI/CD pipelines for different technologies such as Java, .NET, SQL, and Power Platform.
Support integration of basic security tools in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SonarCloud).
Write simple automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI under guidance.
Assist in infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Bicep.
Work with various tools to support solution orchestration tasks.
Help develop and maintain small cloud components on Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API integrations, etc.).

Development experience using Angular/React or .NET
Exposure to Java or Spring Framework is a plus
Familiarity with containers (Docker)
Strong interest in cloud development on Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience on Azure SDK & CLI
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on practice using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform or Bicep)
Working experience on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS
Awareness of cloud security best practices
Interest in API development and integration
Exposure to SDLC and agile methodologies through school, certifications.
Ability to document tasks and findings clearly using Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Willingness to work in an agile team environment
Curiosity and willingness to research new tools, learn quickly, and experiment
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of relevant industry experience
Azure SQL, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Web Apps etc
Hands-on in Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, Angular/React and .Net.
No SQL (Azure Cosmos / Mongo)
Understanding of CI/CD pipeline deployments using Azure DevOps, or Github Actions
Understanding of containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes or AKS
Infrastructure automation experience on Terraform or Bicep.
Front End Development using Angular / React
