About the role

• Fullstack Developer contributing to various software solutions for Expresso São Miguel’s transport services. Responsible for development, security, and quality control in software applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on software development using market-established programming languages and technologies, applying architectural methodologies and patterns, and following technical specifications to meet business needs.
• Apply best practices for security and data protection, following the secure development policy and ensuring compliance with information security standards and LGPD (General Data Protection Law).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed software in GitLab and other tools, when necessary, to keep the team's knowledge base up to date.
• Monitor delivered solutions for the required stabilization period according to software complexity, performing daily checks on the database and production environment to ensure the expected outcome.
• Collaborate on the area's performance using established metrics, acting proactively to resolve issues and reporting any nonconformities to the team.
• Contribute to building performance and quality indicators using available tools to support the team in taking action to resolve incidents.
• Develop new software, fixes, and improvements to existing software routines using the sector's methodologies and best practices to deliver higher-quality results.
• Support and supervise activities performed by junior-level staff to contribute to team development and ensure adherence to the area's procedures and standards, improving delivery speed and quality.
• Comply with and respect standard procedures and workplace safety regulations at the company and at third-party sites (clients).
• Ensure proper organization and care of equipment and tools provided by the company.
• Perform other related duties as required by the role and the company, respecting the organization's values and principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in IT working as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages for web, desktop, and mobile development.
• Strong proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of architectural and design patterns, as well as software development and testing.
