- Test Engineer implementing test strategies and coordinating testing activities in Switzerland for Expleo. Requires expertise in Test Automation, CI/CD integration, and fluent German.
Responsibilities
- Definition und Implementierung von Teststrategien, Testplänen und Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks
- Leitung und Koordination von Testaktivitäten über Projekte und Stakeholder hinweg
- Entwurf, Durchführung und Analyse von Testfällen (manuell und automatisiert)
- Nutzung von XRay (Atlassian) für Testmanagement und Berichterstattung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Produkt- und Betriebsteams zur Sicherstellung der Qualität in allen Phasen
- Förderung von Verbesserungen der Testprozesse und Unterstützung agiler Testinitiativen
- Mentoring von Junior-Teammitgliedern sowie Durchführung von internen und externen Schulungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testdokumentationen
Requirements
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Test Engineer / Test Automation Engineer (idealerweise im agilen Umfeld)
- Erfahrung im Testdesign und in der Arbeit mit Xray (Testfallmanagement, Traceability, Testausführung)
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Wartung von Testautomatisierung (z. B. Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, Playwright)
- Integration von automatisierten Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in JIRA inkl. Defect-Management
- ISTQB Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (wünschenswert)
- Abgeschlossene höhere Informatik- oder Wirtschaftsinformatikausbildung (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung (wünschenswert)
