Responsibilities
Join a high-performing Advertising Technology team
Use data, experimentation, and applied modeling to improve ad delivery, ranking, auctions, and bidding performance
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Analytics teams to design experiments
Analyze large-scale datasets and build self-service tools that inform decisions and drive continuous improvement across the advertising marketplace
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
3–5 years of professional experience in a data science, applied science, or analytics role
Hands-on experience developing machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems, with successful production deployment
Strong foundation in statistics and applied data analysis
Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B experiments, and interpreting results to inform decisions
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets using Spark or Databricks
Proficiency in Python and experience using ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow for analysis and modeling
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
