About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available network and cloud infrastructures.
- Ensuring the reliability and performance of on-premises and cloud-based environments.
- Providing technical expertise for deployments and delivering ongoing support.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, availability, and security.
- Configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Implementing and managing network and cloud security controls.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 3+ years of experience in network and/or cloud engineering.
- Strong foundation in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing protocols).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Experience managing firewalls, routers, switches, and security controls.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Certifications (CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure, CompTIA, etc.) are a big plus.
