About the role
- AI/ML Lead designing and delivering scalable machine learning and Generative AI solutions at Evnek Technologies. Leading teams and building production-grade ML systems in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML and Generative AI pipelines
- Build and deploy LLM-based solutions including RAG pipelines and agent workflows
- Fine-tune models and optimize performance for real-world use cases
- Implement robust MLOps practices including deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate AI/ML systems with backend services and microservices architecture
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of AI systems
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and API integrations
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams
- Mentor team members and drive AI/ML best practices across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications
- Expertise in RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, feature engineering, model training, and tuning
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Experience with MLflow or Kubeflow
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases
