About the role
- Presentation Designer creating professional presentations for internal teams and external clients at EveryMatrix. Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and developing clear, engaging presentations.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, professional presentations for both internal teams and external clients (sales decks, product overviews, company presentations).
- Build and maintain presentation templates and graphics that follow our brand guidelines.
- Make sure all presentations are visually consistent and aligned with EveryMatrix branding.
- Turn complex product and service information into simple, easy-to-understand slides.
- Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to understand what they need, then translate that into clear, focused, client-ready presentations.
- Review and improve existing decks and materials regularly, keeping both the design and the content up to date.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience creating business presentations (B2B experience is a plus) - a portfolio is required.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint (this is the main tool we use).
- Comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop, Figma Design, and Figma Slides.
- Solid layout and visual design skills, understanding of typography, and great attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who works well with sales, marketing, and other teams.
- Able to manage multiple work streams at the same time and deliver on deadlines.
- Creative with a real interest in turning complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories that support sales.
