Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate Information Security program;
Manage identity and access controls end-to-end;
Oversee and actively participate in Identity Lifecycle Management processes;
Implement and administer application integrations in Azure AD;
Lead and operate access management;
Administer Microsoft Intune;
Hands-on management of Microsoft Defender;
Implement and monitor Conditional Access;
Oversee and operate Update & Patch Management processes;
Manage encryption policies;
Implement and maintain web filtering controls;
Support the security operations team in the analysis and resolution of security incidents;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives;
Requirements
Proven experience leading and delivering projects using the technologies and processes listed;
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, compliance, device enrollment);
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps);
Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID (SSO, MFA, Identity Governance, Conditional Access, integrations and automations);
Experience with Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, SoD (Segregation of Duties), IAM, automations, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows;
Knowledge of web filtering, cryptography, patch management, and endpoint protection;
Solid experience in high-availability, high-complexity environments, including 24x7 operations;
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams;
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management, or related areas is desirable;
