Responsibilities
Develop high-value referral relationships with customers, partner tech platforms, relevant B2B affiliates, and communities
Cultivate long-term collaborations with partners that generate mutual business growth and consistent referral leads
Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities, including joint content development, webinars, and case studies
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the B2B affiliate program
Design and manage competitive and motivating incentive and commission structures for referral partners
Ensure partner activations are consistent, professional, and impactful
Manage the referral tracking system, ensuring accurate reporting on lead source, pipeline velocity, and partner commission payouts
Requirements
Demonstrable track record in B2B marketing, partnership development, or affiliate management
Strong existing relationships within the B2B agency, tech platform, or media partner ecosystems
An analytical approach to affiliate marketing and decision-making
Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
Creative, self-sufficient, and highly proactive, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
