- Analyst for operational support, structuring and analyzing financial data for supply chain management based in Brazil. Engaging in process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support company operations by structuring and analyzing operational and financial databases
- Organize data from ERPs and auxiliary databases, validating data consistency
- Support process improvements and sustain results reporting
- Map data sources (ERP, spreadsheets, reports, auxiliary databases)
- Create reliable data models for Procurement management
- Build dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI
- Monitor operational performance indicators
- Support process reviews involving the ERP
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Degree in Data Science
- Experience with Excel formulas, e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH, conditional functions (IF), LEFT/RIGHT/MID
- Experience with Power BI DAX formulas, e.g., DISTINCTCOUNT, CALCULATE, FILTERS, SUMX/COUNTX, VAR/RETURN
- Experience processing real-world datasets extracted from ERPs (e.g., orders, contracts, invoices, or payments)
