Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit an M&A‑ und Finanzierungsmandaten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien in Europa – von der Analyse bis zum Closing
- Finanzmodellierung und Bewertung von Unternehmen und Projekten (integrierte Modelle, Sensitivitäten, Szenarien)
- Erstellung von Teasern, Information Memorandums und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Investoren und Kreditgeber
- Analyse von Transaktions‑, Finanzierungs‑ und Due‑Diligence‑Unterlagen
- Markt‑ und Unternehmensanalysen sowie direkte Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Deal‑Leads und Kunden im Rahmen laufender Transaktionen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kurz vor Abschluss
- Erste relevante Praktika oder Berufserfahrung in M&A, Corporate Finance oder Financial Modelling
- 2–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in M&A, Corporate Finance oder Projektfinanzierung (für Associate)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit eigenständigen Arbeitspaketen in Transaktionen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien sind ein Plus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzmodellierung; Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
