About the role
- Financial Analyst at BCR performing credit structuring and financial analysis for corporate clients. Collaborating on credit applications and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform credit structuring activity for the assigned corporate clients’ portfolio
- Perform financial analysis, transaction structuring and financial modeling for credit applications
- Offer input for setting financial covenants and perform peer reviews
- Advise on correlations and relevance of financial ratios and financial standing in specific industries
- Prepare financial analysis, market analysis and group/client presentation sections of the credit application
- Confirm the compliance of lending policies
- Provide specific input and review credit documentation
- Ensure coverage of specific financial structuring terms
- Facilitate the credit approval process and act as interface with Risk Underwriting division
- Check financial conditions compliance against financial situations provided by clients
- Timely delivery of annual reviews applications in collaboration with the relationship manager.
Requirements
- Economic/Technical university degree (either Bachelor or Master)
- At least 5 years work experience in financial or banking institutions / 3 years in financial analysis for corporate clients
- Strong corporate banking, corporate banking products and credit structuring knowledge
- Financial analysis and modeling skills
- Accounting and IFRS and GAAP knowledge
- Overview of local and CEE market companies’ specifics (financial indicators)
- General legal knowledge and/or LMA documentation and monitoring
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve results as part of a team
- Flexibility, stress resilience
- Ability to act as a perfect team-player being capable of finding solutions and work under pressure
- Strong personal and social skills
- Fluency in English (excellent written and oral communication skills).
