About the role

Responsibilities
- Assessment of the creditworthiness of large national and international corporates in Austria and CEE
- Deciding on loan applications either within your discretionary approval authority or preparing a clear recommendation to the final decision maker
- Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of corporate client groups with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals and the services industry
- Defining risk strategies for clients and the industries covered
- Participating in client meetings
- Collaborating with various departments and CEE subsidiaries within Erste Group
- Contributing to Group and department projects alongside the credit process
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Law
- Proven experience in Corporate Banking (Account Manager/Risk Manager/Credit Analyst/Corporate Finance) with at least 3 years in these areas
- Familiarity with lending products and basic legal principles
- Strong analytical, written and presentation skills in German and English
- Flexible and resilient, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from other departments and CEE subsidiaries in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel (occasionally)
