About the role
- Senior UX Designer overseeing UX projects from analysis to design implementation at a Munich-based IT service provider. Collaborating closely with clients to establish and refine requirements.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead UX projects in the context of business applications — from requirements analysis through concept and design to final implementation.
- Work closely with client business units to gather and refine requirements through workshops, interviews and iterative prototypes.
- Evolve and maintain design systems that go beyond component libraries, establishing consistent processes, patterns and standards.
- Deeply immerse yourself in the clients' domain contexts to act as a knowledgeable sparring partner.
- Take project responsibility beyond the pure UX scope — thinking holistically about product and business objectives.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UX design for complex business and enterprise software in a B2B environment.
- Genuine passion for complex software and a strong interest in the domain areas of your projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, a high drive for design and a structured approach, combined with a high standard of quality.
- Experience building or advancing design systems that standardize processes and scale interaction concepts.
- Understanding of technical and organizational constraints.
- Proactive, self-directed working style with a view of the big picture — beyond the pure UX perspective.
- Ideally, industry experience in insurance or in wholesale/logistics.
