Entuitive is looking for a Business Development – Data Analyst based out of our Toronto office.
Reporting to the Business Development (BD) Enablement Manger, the successful candidate will manage data integrity and performance to support client engagement, pursuit strategies, and organizational growth. This role is critical in ensuring that the accessible data is not only a reliable system of record but also a powerful tool for decision-making.
The current CRM operates within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a transition to a dedicated CRM platform planned for 2027. The successful candidate will support data integrity, pursuit data governance, and analytics within the ERP system, while helping to shape and transition these initiatives into the future CRM environment.
**What will you do?**
**Client Data Integrity**
Support the maintenance of client organization hierarchies within the CRM by collaborating with key stakeholders (Pursuit Champions, Regional BD reps, Sector BD reps, Finance, and Ennovation teams).
Monitor client movements and help keep client lists updated for events, performance surveys, and related activities.
**CRM Management & Governance**
Help implement and follow CRM processes and best practices.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across client, contact and opportunity records.
Review submitted opportunities for compliance, approve those that meet requirements, and guide users on corrections for non-compliant entries
Contribute to the development and enforcement of CRM usage standards, workflows, and data governance policies.
**CRM Support & Training**
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day CRM queries.
Update and maintain CRM training materials, guides, and resources.
Provide training to CRM Users to ensure effective CRM adoption and usage across the organization.
**CRM Analysis & Insights**
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across sectors, clients, and regions (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Ottawa).
Support the preparation of presentations and summaries that inform business development and strategic planning initiatives.
Assist with data audits and follow-up actions to improve reporting accuracy over time.
**Other Duties **
Contribute to additional business development initiatives as needed, including BD Return on Investment (BD ROI) tracking, data support for key pursuits, and other related tasks.
Participate in ongoing improvement projects and gain exposure to CRM optimization and BD analytics work.
Requirements
**What do you need to succeed?**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in CRM administration and data analytics, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of business development processes and pursuit lifecycle.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.
Working knowledge of BST ERP is considered an asset in this role.
