- Produce high-quality, on-brand design solutions across a range of marketing and digital projects.
- Bring creative thinking and a strategic approach to support both day-to-day design requests and larger campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming, creative reviews, and collaborative projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to develop designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver polished, impactful creative work, collaborating effectively with the team, and continuously developing your skills to support design excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across the design briefs, guiding more junior members to do the same.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
- Pay close attention to all details, ensuring accuracy and consistency in designs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of creative experience either in-house or agency.
- Exceptional creative output with amazing attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Conceptual and critical thinker who can execute with excellence.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a love of collaboration.
- Experience in HTML 5 / GWD / Animated or motion graphics would be looked upon very favourably.
