About the role

  • Business Administration & Accounting role at ENERDOMO, a leader in energy consulting. Responsibilities include invoice processing, financial reporting, and project management support.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Responsibility for accounting processes and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Preparation of all accounting documents for the tax advisor.
  • Ensuring the completeness and proper organization of all receipts and documents.
  • Support in creating and maintaining projects in our project management software awork.
  • Preparing reports and regular coordination with management to ensure financial transparency.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in administration and accounting is desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally initial experience with project management tools such as awork.
  • Affinity for digital tools, ideally familiar with AI-powered applications.
  • Independent, structured, and precise working style.
  • Strong team skills and communication abilities.
