- Perform daily financial processing, reconciliations, and transaction validation
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close

- Support production workflows including configuration, serialization, and quality checks
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Coordinate order fulfilment, shipping documentation, and client communication
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity
- Comfortable working with financial data and reconciliations
- Proficient in Excel and able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills in English
- Literacy in French, German, and/or Italian is a strong plus
- Preferred Experience with Swiss accounting practices or ERP systems (Abacus, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Experience in production, logistics, or order fulfilment
- Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business
